A quick and easy recipe for a raw avocado chocolate mousse dessert! Ready in just a few minutes, and a perfect end to your meal!

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados ripe
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup organic cocoa powder raw if possible
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract optional
  • 1 Tbsp hazelnut butter optional

Toppings

  • organic raspberries
  • organic or wild blueberries
  • chopped pistachios optional

Instructions

  1. Scoop the avocado flesh into the food processor or blender, add the cocoa powder and maple syrup, and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Put in the fridge for 15 minutes, or enjoy right away.
  3. I highly suggest serving with fresh organic berries and a dollop of coconut whipped cream, or even some slices of fresh organic pears, the combination is amazing!
