Add a green salad on the side and you've got a complete, easy, and healthy meal ready in about 30 minutes that the whole family will enjoy!
Warm oven to 375F. Put the fries in a large mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil and mix. Then sprinkle all the spices over them (except the salt) and mix well. Place the sweet potato fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread them so that they are not touching.
Bake in oven at 375F for about 30 minutes, or until nicely golden and roasted. (The bigger the wedges, the longer it takes to bake.)
Then add the 2 flours and mix really well. It should give you a creamy dry texture. Then using your clean hands, divide the mixture in half and then in half again, make 4 balls and flatten them in your hands, like hamburger patties.
Warm a large pan over medium heat (or slightly lower to avoid the smoking/burning point). Drizzle with a good amount of olive oil and immediately put the burgers in to cook. Only about 3 minutes per side, or until nicely golden and crisp. Keep them in a warm oven if cooking more.
Be careful when flipping the burgers over! They can easily slip and fall, splashing hot oil!
