Say goodbye to unhealthy drink mixes full of additives and sugars, and hello to real fruit flavours and gut-healthy kombucha!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup organic or wild blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple optional
  • 15 mint leaves
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup Kombucha flavour of your choice, but ginger is a nice one
  • 1 shot organic vodka optional
  • natural tonic water to top

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender with some ice and pulse until smooth. Divide in 4 large glasses with ice cubes, top with a good quality natural tonic water, and serve. Delicious!

Recipe Notes

You can add extra mint leaves and lime slices, for garnish in each glass.
